Its functionality requires the AiM Mobile server license to enable users to view and interact with the AiM platform via mobile devices.

The application features a user interface tailored and optimized specifically for iOS devices, enabling efficient navigation and quick access to various functions. Users can browse assignments, record time—with the capability to start and stop time clocks—document material usage, update task statuses, add or review notes, map phase or work order locations, capture photographic evidence in the field, and directly launch into specific sections of the web application without leaving the mobile interface.

An integrated web browser within the app permits comprehensive interaction with the full range of AiM features. Users can create service requests, access work order details, consult asset profiles, view related documents such as manuals and images, and examine CAD drawings with dynamic thematic shading. This seamless integration ensures that all functionalities available in the desktop platform are accessible from the mobile device.
